Make a splash in 2026! Dive into fun, friendship, and flips as your kid takes the plunge into the Seven Hills' dive team. Seasoned coach Vanessa Rolfe will be back for her 23rd year and is committed to helping divers develop lifelong fitness skills and fulfill their potential for competitive diving! Diving is open to ages 4 to 18 and must be members of Seven Hills. If your child is in need of some skills training and does not want to be on the team, you may want to consider our Saturday morning clinics. Please check back on this page in early May to find information about Saturday morning clinics.

Important dates for 2026:
April 12: Dive and swim team open house (make sure to sign up for our newsletters to receive more info!)
June 9: Open dive practice from 9 - 11 a.m. (due to away swim meet)
June 11: Seven Hills at Sequoia
June 16: Open dive practice from 9 - 11 a.m. (due to away swim meet)
June 18: West Meade at Seven Hills
June 25: Belle Meade Country Club and Wildwood at Seven Hills
July 1 - 2: City meet at Sequoia

TYPICAL MEET SCHEDULE BY AGE GROUP
8 - 8:40 a.m.: warm ups for ages 7 - 8
8:40 - 9 a.m.: 6 and under warm ups
9 a.m.: meet begins
9:20 - 10 a.m.: 7 - 8 competition
10 - 10:40 a.m.: 9 - 10 warm ups and competition
10:40 - 11:15 a.m.: 11 - 12 warm ups and competition
11:15 - 1 p.m.: 13 - 18 warm ups and competition

2026 PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Pre-season schedule for PREVIOUS divers: May 11 - 13 and May 18 - 20
3:30 - 4:30: ages 11 and older and any homeschool children
4:30 - 5:30: ages 10 and under

Pre-season schedule for NEW divers: May 14 and May 21
3:30 - 4:30 or 4:30 - 5:30 (no new 6 and unders for pre-season practice)

Regular season:
May 26 - July 1, Monday - Friday
Ages 6 & under: 10:45 - 11:15 a.m.
Ages 7 - 10: 8:15 - 9 a.m. and 10 - 10:45 a.m. (one or the other) (and 4 - 5 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays only*)
Ages 11 - 14: 9 - 10 a.m.and 5 - 6 p.m. (and 5 - 6 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays only*)
Ages 15 & older: 11:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. (and 5 - 6 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays only*)
*Afternoon practices are for those who are unable to make morning practices due to other commitments. Afternoon practices are for ages 7 and older.

Fees
Seven Hills dive season is $195 + a $6 processing fee per diver.
