ADULT SWIM TEAM
Do you want a new challenge while having fun, exercising and meeting new people? If you can swim from one end of the pool to the other, then this team is for you! This very social team is open to all Seven Hills members ages 19 and older. 2024 registration opens on April 2.

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
