ADULT SWIM TEAM
Do you want a new challenge while having fun, exercising and meeting new people? If you can swim from one end of the pool to the other, then this team is for you! This very social team is open to all Seven Hills members ages 19 and older.
The 2026 season is now closed.
Typical practice schedule
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
