Annual Polar Plunge - Sunday, February 8 from 1 - 3 p.m.
All members ages 18+ are invited to join us for our third annual polar plunge! On Sunday, February 8 from 1 - 3 p.m., this event will be sure to energize all brave souls who are willing to participate. Plunges will take place at 1:30, 2 and 2:30 p.m. Coffee Cart Nashville will be on site with a variety of hot drink options for post-plunge deliciousness. While the event is for the whole family, only members ages 18 and older are invited to participate in the plunges. Participants must RSVP for this event by filling out the form below.
