Sunday, September 14 - All member annual meeting with board elections
Join us on the pool deck from 4 - 6 p.m. for an annual recap and report from our board. Members will also vote for board elections. Please review the notes below about the election process:

• Only one member per membership / household may vote.

• Voting can only take place in person or via a hand-written proxy sent with a club member. Non-present member contact information must be listed on the ballot to validate the vote.

• Seven Hills by-laws state that approximately 30 households / memberships need to be represented and vote in order to reach a quorum.
