SWIM TEAM
Registration for the 2026 swim team season is now open! The Seven Hills’ swim team is for swimmers of all levels, ages 6 - 18, and strong swimmers ages 5 and younger. Swimmers must be members of Seven Hills, and must compete in two dual meets and the city meet.
New to the club or haven't tried joining a swim team before? It will be the most fun commitment you'll make all summer! Your kids will become stronger, faster and more confident, make new friends and will look forward to every trip to the pool. Bonus for parents: it’s the easiest and fastest way to meet other families and get connected to the Seven Hills' community. We'll also need lots of volunteers, which is a great way to make even more friends! Whether you're new to the team or just getting your feet wet, we're excited to welcome you to the best swim team in Nashville!
6 and under requirements to join swim team
- must be comfortable in the water
- must be able to kick a lap with a kickboard
- must be able to swim 1/2 lap unassisted
7 and older requirements to join swim team
- must be comfortable in the water
- must be able to kick at least one lap with a kickboard
- must be able to swim at least one lap unassisted

PRE-SEASON PRACTICE SCHEDULE
May 11 - 21, Monday - Thursday
Ages 7 - 10: 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Ages 11 and older: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
(only pre-approved swimmers ages 6 and under will be included in pre-season practices)
REGULAR SEASON PRACTICE SCHEDULE
May 26 - June 25, Monday - Saturday
Ages 11 and older: 7:45 - 9 a.m.
Ages 7 - 10: 9 - 10 a.m.
Ages 6 and under: 10 - 10:30 a.m. (no Saturday practices)
(afternoon practices for approved swimmers - times TBD)
