Single, club-wide memberships include access to the full club, including tennis, the tennis hut and pavilion, bocce, pickleball, the pool, club house, swim and dive team access, social events and more. Single, club-wide membership fees are a $300 (+ $10 processing fee) application fee due upon applying, a $8,500 one-time initiation fee (includes tax) payable with your membership application once you are off the waiting list, PLUS annual dues of $1,688, which can be paid in one lump sum or drafted on the 15th of each month. If you choose to pay your annual dues in monthly installments, you owe 12 payments per year regardless of when you terminate your membership.
