Ladies beginner clinic
It can be frightening to have the nerve to pick up a racket for the first time but we’re here to help! Join us for this fun and laid back clinic that will help you get started playing tennis or help you start playing again. We can even take the nets down if you want! Register here >

Ladies NALTA team clinic

Working women clinic
For those busy professionals, this clinic meets after typical business hours. Clinics involve pro-fed drills, rallying, cooperative drilling and real match play scenarios combined with top instruction. Register here >

Cardio tennis
Cardio tennis features drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Clinic includes a warm-up, cardio workout and cool-down phases. This program is a great way to get in shape, burn calories and have fun. Register here >

Men’s team clinic
An advanced clinic full of drills for doubles and singles that consists of match play situations, tactics, fitness and competition for our men’s team or for those who play at that level. This clinic is designed with fast moving pro-fed drills and self-fed drills in order to develop perfect mechanics and strategy. Register here >

Men’s night clinic and round robin
Men of all levels get together for an hour-long clinic full of games followed by an optional tennis round robin that includes refreshments and fellowship. Register here >

Junior tennis programs (from AUGUST 13 - November 9):

Peewees (4 – 6 years old / Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45 - 4:30 p.m.)
Using very low compression balls, this very beginner group will train on a 36’ court and play with 19”, 21” or 23” racquets. Emphasis will be placed on fun activities in order to improve balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and the introduction of proper tennis mechanics. Once ready, players will be moved to the Rising Stars group. Register here >

Rising Star (7 – 10 years old / Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.)
Following the QuickStart guidelines, players ages 7 - 8 will play on a 36’ court and the players ages 9 - 10 will play on a 60’ court while using low compression balls. Emphasis will be placed on perfecting stroke development, mechanics, techniques and footwork. In addition, students will participate in fun activities, games and “live ball” match situations as an introduction to real tennis play and to encourage maximum enjoyment of the game. Challengers (Intermediate + / Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 - 5:45 p.m.)
Playing on a full size court, this is an intermediate version of our tournament tough program. It involves pro-fed drills, rallying, cooperative drilling and real match play scenarios in combination with top instruction and expectations on proper stroke mechanics. Some on this group usually play challenge matches, inter-club matches, novice tournaments and USTA non ranked tournaments. Register here >
